Northreach Youth is our ministry for students in Years 7–12, providing an environment where young people can develop friendships, explore their faith and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Friday nights begin with a relaxed arrival and hangout time from 6:30pm–7:00pm. Students can catch up with friends, play basketball or table tennis, play cards and games, or simply relax together.
At 7:00pm, we begin the main activity for the evening, followed by worship and a talk at 8:00pm. After worship and teaching, students
meet in Connect Groups, where they are divided by year level and gender. These smaller groups provide an opportunity for deeper discussion, questions, prayer and encouragement as students navigate faith and life together.
We finish the evening at 9:00pm.
Alongside our Friday night program, we also have Sunday Youth Bible Study during the Sunday morning service. Students head out after the announcements to spend time studying the Bible, discussing their faith and growing together.
Our youth vision is BOLD, with a focus on being Bold in Connect, Win, Build, Train and Send.
This vision is grounded in Joshua 1:9:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
